Bruces from HEWORTH lookup request

I have a ROBERT BRUCE bap 1764 Heworth Durham .
He married a Margaret Wheatley.
I have his children.I am however stuck with Robert .Anyhelp as to who he was born to and sibling would be of help.
I did look at IGI at Heworth and there are lots of other Bruces.

Hi Sueh

From the IGI I see that Robert's father was William Bruce - there's another bapt. the same day, not necessarily twins, just bapt. together

all children baptised in Heworth with a father named William, so possibly siblings are:

Elizabeth 1760
Mary 1762
Robert 1764 also  Ann 1764
Teasdale 1767
George 1771 also Isabel 1771

If you look on the free IGI familysearchlabs site you can check the Durham Bishops' Transcripts for further information hopefully to see if they are related:
http://search.labs.familysearch.org  click on Europe on the map, then scroll down to Durham BTs, then Jarrow then Heworth
No guarantees they will be there though, and they're not indexed so it means trawling through page by page
