WWI Draft Registration Card 12 Sep. 1918 Edwin Henry Lloyd lives in Catlin, Vermillion Co., Illinois Age 41, born 26 May 1877 White, native born, occupation - farming Employed at RR#1, Catlin, Ver., Ill. Nearest relative - wife Mabel E. Lloyd, Catlin, Ver., Ill. Tall, slender build, brown eyes, black hair
This link gives Edwin's birth date as May 26, 1878: http://www.papemortuary.com/specific.asp?id=114752
This gives Frederick's birth date as April 7, 1873: http://www.papemortuary.com/specific.asp?id=114760
Maybe William H is really William Russell? http://www.papemortuary.com/specific.asp?id=238821
Sara & Henry are also listed, in case you don't have that information: http://www.papemortuary.com/specific.asp?id=114770 http://www.papemortuary.com/specific.asp?id=114881
I found a marriage for Sarah Church & Henry Lloyd Dec 20, 1860 in Vermillion County, but nothing for the sons. I also found Henry in the Civil War Muster database: http://www.ilsos.gov/genealogy/CivilWarController
Edwin & his family, Henry and Sarah, and Fred R. & his family are listed here in the 1920 Census: http://ftp.us-census.org/pub/usgenweb/census/il/vermilion/1920/145-069a.txt
A 1900 Census transcript is here: http://ftp.us-census.org/pub/usgenweb/census/il/vermilion/1900/ed61-pg083a.txt It looks like Fred was the enumerator.
Henry & Fred appear to be listed on this map: http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~ilchs/maps/pages/city_ndx.htm
There's a query about these folks that mentions more children: http://www.cousinconnect.com/d/a/136490

Thank you for your help, a couple of items i had the remainder are very useful. I believe that one of the sons, after looking at census, may have married twice. I note that Edwin married Mabel, mabel who? Regards

Fred R Lloyd ( a typical Lloyd ) has no desire to be found. Have trawled through info sent by you good people plus many other odds and sods he seems to have disappeared. Fred R born 1873 Illinois thought to have married, i think, Jane Harriett in 1898 (1900 Census) her death possibly 4/5/1924. www.papemortuary.com (as Lloyd Jennie, thanks shellyesq ) They had a son Lawrence H Lloyd 1889, no sign on census for any of the family from then on that i can find. The next bit causes a problem, it appears that he may have had another marriage or !!. Martha from Ohio, comes on the scene and a son Ronald Lloyd appears in abt 1914 that would make Fred 41. Would appreciate any assistance with this one from you super sleuths. Note. 1 hour after posting the main topic Looked up papemortuary.com and Lloyd FrederickR is listed as having a wife MARTHA date of death 10/30/ 1965 Regards. Sq

Fred is in Catlin in 1920 with wife Jennie and son Lawrence. He's on the same page as Henry and Sara. In 1930, Fred's still in Catlin with wife Martha J. and stepson Ronald, who was age 16 and born Illinois. Fred's age at first marriage was 24, and Martha's was 21. They are two households down from Edwin Lloyd and his wife Mabel.
