Later he married Ann Finlayson and had a few more children...

Colin was born 5.4.1817 in knockbain and baptised in Munlochy

Flora was born 23.3.1824 in Kintail....But I cannot find any record of Flora MacAulay's death...can anyone help?

Hi

Quote
Later he married Ann Finlayson
   IGI shows marriage 22.12.1861

IGI shows child Jessie b 29.4.1858 so presumably Flora died between 1858 - 1861

I'm not familiar with Scotlands People but does it allow partial searches?

If so - try searching under flora whi** or why** or just under Flora between the dates above

If he re-married in 1861 - have you checked the entry to see if he is shown as a widower.  Jessie was born in Ross and Cromarty - did Flora die there (possibly in childbirth)

Hi  Smiley

The cert says that she died of 'probably cancer of the stomach'  Sad

I put in an SP search for a Wh*te, Fl,  wide age range,  for years 1858-1861, All Scotland. She was the only one.

PM me your e-mail and I'll send you what I have  Smiley
