Patrick Brodigan and Mary Ennis had at least 3 more children:
1. Patrick born 30 Aug.1866 Drogeha St. Mary's
2. James born 22 Jan.1868 Co. Meath
3. John born 19 Dec.1869 Co. Meath

Civil registration of births started in 1864 so there could be older children not listed in IGI. For earlier dates you need church baptismal information.

Have you checked census records for Wales/England to see if any other Brodigans also left Ireland?

thank you so much for your reply,I am 65 and I remember when I was 5 going to Drogheda with my mum and her cousin who was called Bernard  who lived in Shotton his father I think was with us named Pat I always thought they belonged to the Turners but now I see they could have been Brodigans or maybe Thomas's,We stayed in a smallish place I remember there was a church with somebody's head in it in a glass  case,I wish I could remember the name of the place its obviously where my gg/mother was from,my grandmothers sisters used to go as well so they must be from that side the Brodigans,I have posted on the welsh board to see if I have any luck with the Thomas's I really do think poor Mary had a raw deal and I would love to find her folk  Thanks Bernadine
