No. My great gran was born in welford in 1896. So I never knew until I got my late granddads birth certificate that she lived in nursery cottages in 1924. I wish I knew how long she lived there. I don't know if there's anyway of finding it out??

Is it possible she would be in voters registers then? I have found rough death dates and/or new address times from a lot of voters/electoral registers.

Her name is Alice Seymour. Husband William David Powell. Oh she might be powell in electoral reg. My late grandads names is Joseph Powell.

Remember that most ordinary women would not appear on any electoral registers until 1928. Her husband is likely to have been on them though.

Thats strange as there is a Seymour family living in Speen on the 1901, head of the family says he comes from Welford

Alice Seymour was lving in Hoe Benham in the parish of welford in 1901. I didn't know there were any at speen??  I looked on ancestry but can't see any seymours living at speen. what are their names?
