How do I get sound bbc iplayer

Hi, I have just discovered that I can view episodes of programmes on http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer I can view page but dont have any sound. I click on sound / volume symbol
( shows 9 ) but have no sound.

Any help appreciated.

Check your sound from the Control panel in case it has been muted.  Have you tried with a headset?  Do you have a volume control button that perhaps is turned down?  I know on my Toshiba laptop, there is a volume control at the front left of the laptop that had me fooled for a while.

If I log on to iplayer via Internet Explorer I get sound ( just tried this ) so I wonder if it has something to do with my IP ( Aol )

Anyway will use IE to watch bbc programmes that I miss.

Have just tried it again and it works. Maybe after I downloaded new version of Real player I had to turn off my pc and restart it.
