Where Oh Where is Margaret Rafter

This woman had a hard life and a sad death. She deserves to be remembered. Losing hope about this, but here goes.

Looking to find out the birthplace of Margaret Rafter Born about 1860 daughter of Patrick.
I have her on the two census, one of her 3 marriages, and her death cert but I've run out of sources to look up. Things keep failing to surface.

Two of her marriages never turned up on the GRO. I have her 2nd and it says she's Margaret Kelly nee Rafter and a publican. Her address is Ballina and she's marrying Francis McManus and that's in 1893.

Local rumour says she may have been from Enniscrone/ Castleconnor area. Her first child (2nd marriage) is born there.
Most of her life is lived in Ballina town.

I've tried WGW  online Sligo records. Familysearch.  I've had a go at the parish records for castleconnor.   

Any bright ideas would be welcome. Anybody who knows Rafters that descend from Enniscrone. Anybody spot a pub owned or run by Kelly in Ballina pre 1893.

And most of all if anyone is about to embark on a record hunt for Sligo, give us a shout if you spot any suspicious Margaret Rafters.

The Ballina directory for 1824 lists Walsh W. Kelly, King-street under publicans

It makes the reader think the guy's name was Walsh but I wonder if it could have heen Kelly.
