I have a Patrick Smith born in Clonmel, Tipperary on 16 January 1837

His father was John Kent.........

Patrick married Elizabeth Barrow in the Channel Islands on 16 March 1867

His children's surnames, however, were Kent Smith (not sure whether the two names were joined or separate) because he wanted to return to the correct surname (apparently)

Any help regarding Patrick or siblings/parents that someone may know of, i'd be delighted to hear from you.
