Born: 17 Oct 1885, Onibury, Ludlow, Mother Elizabeth Clee (no Father) Baptised: 31 Oct 1885 Stanton Lacey, son of Elizabeth Clee, New Road, Stanton Lacey 1891 Census: Ludlow Union Workhouse - John Thomas Clee, age 5, pauper There is no mention of his Mother, Elizabeth Clee 1901 Census: Living & working in Liverpool
Is it possible to find information on how he came to be in the workhouse, what happened to his Mother and when he left?
My working assumption is that as she was present at his baptism she didn't die in childbirth.
