any information available on Philip Geen b ~ 1813 in Barnstaple, who married Mary b ~1810 in Crediton.  He was a ships smith

They moved to Cardiff and show on the 1861 census there, but had a son John born in Cardiff in 1838.

Is there any record of their marriage in Devon?, and their parents.
