WW1 Discharge Scroll

I have in my posession a scroll. It was given to Percy Dan Mitchell Who served in the Royal Army Service Corps in the WW1.
It says that he served with honour and was disabled in the great war.
Date of discharge was November 15th 1919.
Anyone having a connection with Percy can have the scroll in return for the cost of postage.
