hiya another brick wall

i am looking for john cox baptisum & his father john cox

my g-g-g- grandfather was john cox born abt 1808  somerset he married sarah unknown

sarah dies then he marries hannah vincent 1st january 1849 on thier marriage certificate john cox says his father is john cox boot maker

i have found a john cox on 1841 census english in bridgewater work house says shoe maker i believe this could be john cox father

i cant get back any further an help would be great
