It looks like mary Ann Atkins was just plain mary Atkins
marriage reg in name of Mary Atkins after marriage 1881/91/01 census she is just mary Withers
1881 her p.o.b. is given as Timsbury -they were living in St Michaels bath
they married in bath reg district
1891 marys p.o.b. is Bath
1901 mary's p.o.b. is Bath
if you agree she was plain mary Atkins and b, bath then I don't think I have found her? ?
BUT there is a mary Ann Atkins who almost fits the bill - you really need marriage cert for fathers name -but I will post what have found
