BRODIE/SULLIVAN/LOUGHMAN families

I am a newcomer to Rootschat and I am researching my mother's family in Ireland. I know that my grandmother Mary BRODIE was born in Irishtown Clonmel on 29 December 1869. Her mother is given as Johanna BRODIE and her father 'unknown'. On my grandmother's marriage certificate her father's name is given as James BRODIE (soldier).
On the 1881 England census, my grandmother Mary and her brother William aged 17 are listed as living with their grandmother Mary SULLIVAN in London. Another grandson George LOUGHMAN is also living with her. On Mary SULLIVAN's death certificate she is given as the widow of Daniel SULLIVAN. She died in London in 1893 aged 80.
I don't know what happened to my great-grandparents as I could not find them on the 1881 England census. Is anyone else researching these families?
