Need to contact a member by PM

I need to contact a member and get a message telling me that their allowance is full or somthing to that effect.
I know they do not post often but I have already sent two messages tonight and need to send another on an important errand so what should I do now

are you meaning to say that you want to contact a rootschat member by P.M To tell them that  you cannot send an email to their computer.Because their in box has reached its quoter and needs to be emptied.If the in box is full any email sent will bounce back including yours.If you know the members user name do a search rootschat.
