Kidderminster electoral rolls.
« on: Thursday 12 March 09 19:37 UTC (UK) »

Is anyone able to check any of the Kidderminster electoral rolls for the period between 1951 - 1965 please.
The address is 83 Blackwell Street, Kidderminster.
My ancestor Eveline Jones (known as Eva Jones) lived there and I know that after the death of her brother Albert Jones's wife he went to stay there with her. He met another lady and re-married but the marriage only lasted just over a year and then he moved back into 83 Blackwell Street again to stay with his sister until the property was demolished to make way for the new ring road which I believe was about 1964/1965.
If I can find out when Albert Jones moved into the property it will give me an idea of the time period when his wife died as I am having trouble locating her death. Also, the period when he is missing for a year or two will indicate when he re-married  --  I do not know when this occured or what his 2nd wife's name was.
Any help at all would be most appreciated.
Thank you.

I think the years you are after are kept at Worcester History Centre. They only keep some at Kidderminster.
