    Trying to find info on a member of The Royal North-West Mounted Police Force,for the year 1913.Tried a few sites but hit brick wall,even a name to write to would be very helpful.

Have you tried the Canada Archives site. It may have some access or at least let you know where you might find some info.

Hi again,
I did a little browsing and found a NWMPolice archive page. You could try your luck there. Go to google and search for royal canadian mounted police archives.  Look down the list and you will find the North West Mounted Police address.
