The work we do is huge - the problems we have difficulty with are vanishingly small - despite some people's best efforts.

- it's that 5% which has caused in the past, and continues to cause, so much angst and frustration
Actually it doesn't. That's what makes Rootschat such a great place and Rootschatters so unique - that the number of complaints we get are vanishingly small and usually very easily resolved by means of a quick exchange of PMs. And that's why we have the very best Moderating team, which is a privilege to work with. Without wanting to be sucky-uppy, it's good to know we're that well behaved, as I'd always felt that moderation here on rootschat works extremely well. On some other (not genealogy) boards I've been involved in moderation has been far too heavy handed and inappropriate or too light handed and I've ended up leaving as it seemed the lunatics had taken over the asylum. But rootschat, by contrast, seems to work extremely well.
