Croes y forwyn, Llantood, Wales...does anyone know if this is a street, village or town?  Listed as address for LADD family in 1891 census.

Thank you so much, Sarah.  The picture is fantastic and much appreciated.  My mother-in-law had told me in the mid-80's [age 75 at the time] that that was where her father, David James Ladd
[dob 1881], said he was from.  Surprisingly, she had remembered its correct spelling  sixty years later.
