1911 Census District Electoral Division

Hi all
does anyone know how to get the district electoral divisions for Co. Wexford. I am going to send off to the National Archives for a copy of a 1911 census but it helps them to know the division number. I think they are listed in the Handran’s Townlands in Poor Law Unions so does anyone have access to this ?
I am looking for the townland of Mounthoward in the parish of Monamolin, Co.Wexford. It has a PLU as Gorey but I don't know what PLU stands for !! I will post this in the general Ireland section as well
Any help would be greatly appreciated
