Underneath the persons username should be a small scroll in green if they are on-line.
Or otherwise Just click on there username and down the bottom of there profile will be a wording in blue sying send this rootschatter a personal message.

I rec'd a PM, and would like to reply, but don't see the text you indicated about sending a message. When clicking on the profile, at the bottom there are only two options, Show the last posts of this RootsChatter and Show general statistics for this RootsChatter. There is also no 'reply' option when looking at the message itself...any ideas??
