I have a family will dated 24 Apr 1967 and in it are mentioned two sisters, one of whom I can remember from my childhood who would both now be dead. I am trying to find out what relation they are to my family (ELLIOTT) or what connection they have with Portland, DORSET.

The sisters details are Naomi Florence ELLIS and Bertha Ann ELLIS of Cloncunny, Piltown , County Waterford. An earlier will gives an address for the same sisters as 7 william street. Any information about the ancestry of these two sisters would be very useful.

Piltown is a small town between Waterford City and Carrick-on-Suir,  I dont see a place in Piltown on the maps called William Street, there is however a William Street in Waterford City. This would be about 20km (~12 miles) to the east of Piltown.
