As the George born in 1828 died soon after, i am assuming that the George you need is in fact the William George? He is on the 1851 as an ag lab aged 18 in the Warr household. Let me know if you need those or father George's new wife Marys (she is a widow at this time) household.

The person I am looking for is George Battams, the father of
George and Joseph.It is Joseph in my line but I didn't know he
was a twin Thankyou very much for that. Would you have any info on George senior who married Maria?

I dont have marriage records, but from the parish records and after the date of Maria's burial, there are baptisms for children of George & Mary.
25th dec 1842
Maria, daughter of George & Mary Battams of Gawcott, labourer.
29th March 1846
Vincent son of George & Mary Battams of Gawcott, labourer.
27th Aug 1848
Sarah Ann daughter of George & Mary Battams of Gawcott, carpenter.
30th Sept 1855
Jane illegitimate daughter of Mary Battams of Gawcott, widow.
