Hi,
Could anybody manage to find the following family in the 1851 census:
James Drummond, born 1818 in Tetbury, Gloucester, a box maker/toy dealer Susannah Churchman Drummond, born 1821 in Ipswich, Suffolk John Drummond, born 1845 in Worcester Elizabeth Drummond, born 1850 in Bristol, Gloucester
They were living at 8 Jacob Street, Bristol in 1850.
Thanks,
Neil

Hi Neil,
Sorry to tell you that your Drummond ancestors were not in Gloucester on the 1851 census.
As this is one of the few censuses that has been name indexed, it was easy to check and there were only two families with that name.
Regards,
poirot
