Annie Matilda ?

Trying to trace my grandmother's grandmother who was born in Kilkenny, Ireland in 1863.  I know her forenames were Annie Matilda but do not know her maiden name.  Her married surname was Arthur.  She married a Robert Henry Arthur who was in the navy so they moved locations a lot.  Their children were:
John E Arthur b1886 in Dublin
Annie W Arthur b1888 in Rathfarmham
Caroline M Arthur b1890 in Gateshead, Northumberland
Robert Keirn Arthur b1892 in Plymouth, Devon

I've located Annie & the children in Devonport, Plymouth in 1901 but Robert is not listed with them (presume he is off in the navy somewhere). 
Any info gratefully received

The birth certificates of all the children should give Annie Matilda's maiden name. To order Irish birth certificates:
