Many thanks for that.

If what you say is correct then this generates a number of possibilities.

Robert Sidney was born in 1865 and died in the September Qtr of 1871 which is when Robert Harry was born.

Option 1 is that Robert Harry does not belong to this family.

Option 2 is that Robert Sidney and Robert Harry were brothers. Perhaps Robert Harry was born a short while after Robert Sidney's death and the name Robert was used in memory of him.

Hi grandarog,

I have James & Frances and their children in my database including Thomas born 1838.

However in my database he is married to Mary A ( maiden name unknown) and has three children all born Marylebone:-

Frances M born circa 1866
Florence M born circa 1876
Alfred born circa 1880

I found them in the 1881 UK Census here:-

I would tend to agree with this option as both Roberts are listed as sons - could Rootschatters please remember to put full details inc. relationships down when transcribing - thanks Wink
