Hi could someone look up for me a John Griffiths Edwards born l908 and marrying in
l930. Would like to know who he married. Does anyone have access to death notices
in l970 onwards for SA. Same person John Griffiths Edwards.

John Griffiths EDWARDS married Angela Constance JONES
25 January 1930 at Holy Trinity Church, Adelaide.

You can find reference to his death in the Government Gazettes database on the SAGHS website http://www.saghs.org.au/graves.htm
The reference says he died in 1977. For a small fee, SAGHS will transcribe any additional information for you. Unfortunately I have no idea what kind of information this might be.

As his name is listed a Government Gazette and I think...am not 100% sure, the letters DE may refer to his estate...perhaps deceased estate or some such.
SAGHS has recently increased the fee for this service to $11 for non members. Was previously $5.

There is a request form on the SAGHS website but can only fax or snail mail the form with payment.
