McLaughlan/Gorman marriage 1847
« on: Thursday 16 October 08 18:41 UTC (UK) »

Hi There I am looking for any connections to the Peter Mclaughlan and Catherine/Catherina Gorman.  They married in Co Mayo on 17/03/1847 in Co Mayo.  They came yto Edinburgh, Scotland and settled there and raised their family, John,  1851, Martin, 1865, Catherine, c1868, (died in childhood) and Peter, c1870.

Peter McLaughlan was born c1828 and his parents were John McLaughlan, Farmer and Bridget Maly.
Catherine Gorman was born c1828 and her parents were Peter Gorman, general labourer and Catherine Gorman.

Any help would be gratefully recieved.

Kind regards,
Lynda
