Assume you are both kiwis, as I am (even though I live in OZ)
The person I am trying to contact posted his previous message in April, and somehow I missed it. I am deperate to get in touch with him (he's an unknown relative, who lives in Elsdon, Wellington, but I can't find him in the NZ white pages)

Could be that he might have an unlisted number in the white pages.

Pehaps if you contact a moderator on the site he would be able to pass a message on for you. 
Go to home on the RC bar,scroll right down to the bottom til you see users online then look for someone in bright red.I think Berlin Bob is on at the moment. Click on his name and you will be able to PM him.
Sorry to say that I have never been to NZ, though I know it is a really beautiful country. I am here in foggy England this morning!

Kimberly ..... it won't be your outbox that is the problem. If Pioneer is a new user they probably haven't posted enough posts themselves.
