1871 look up please

This is a last ditch attempt to see if someone cand find the following on 1871 census.   There is an added problem that this family changed their name to BROWN between 1888 and 1891 - no idea why.   He should be listed as an Adams in 1871 but nothing is certain with this family!

Albert William ADAMS  aged 3/4   born Maidstone, Kent

or

Albert William BROWN  aged 3/4  born Maidstone Kent

Could be living in Kent or London.   Gives his father's name on marriage cert. as William Albert Adams but always possibility he was illegitimate and his mother married William Adams later.

Any help very much appreciated

Sorry.  Yes it was Annie and she should be 20.   On 1881 the family are listed

William Adams   30   born Maidstone   Hay dealer
Annie                 30                "
Albert                12                 "
Maud                  4 months   born Lambeth

living in Camberwell.

They would have been very young when Albert was born.   Can find no marriage or birth for Albert or William (either as Adams or Brown)

Have come to the stage where any Albert Adams or Brown aged 3/4 with a mother called Annie would be worth following up.
