Stuart Factory in Limerick?

Hi there,
does anyone have any records of a Stuart Factory in Limerick City? I've been told my great grandfather worked there around 1900-1910? Think it was a biscuit factory?

The city library site at www.limerickcity.ie/CityLibrary/LocalStudies includes trades directories.They show a Stewarts biscuit factory at Bedford Row in city centre.
