Marcella McGahan or Martha McGann...?

I have my grandas (John Andrew Perry) baptism cert and on it his fathers name is James Perry and his mothers name is Marcella McGahan.  Date 1875 Belfast, N. Ireland

All good so far but.......

On trying to find more on James Perry and Marcella McGahan (my great grandparents) all I could come up with was a marriage between  a James Perry and a Martha McGann. Date 19/08/1868 St Annes Belfast (Got this info from the Ancestry Ireland site)

I'm hoping Marcella McGahan and Martha McGann are one in the same. Anybody know how I could verify if its the same marriage and I'm on the right track or if I'm barking up the wrong tree?

Heres a photo of James and I'm working on a photo of Marcella/Martha
