I'd thought of the 1901 census and the occupants showing up in that. However, I do not have access to that census and don't live in the UK.
I don't know who owned the house, but would like to discover who was there in 1903 - it could possibly be the same people as would appear in 1901 and I'd love to find out the names. I'd hope that one of the folk had the married name Warren, although as these may have been relatives of the Warren person, just finding out the names would be marvellous.

There is an Arran, Marlborough Road, Croydon on the 1901 census, no Warren surname but there is a first name.
