Jannet married Donald Budge in 1717 in Watten. Would like to know who her parents were.

The only Jannet Doveglass in Caithness i found on IGI was christened in watten 27/03/1715 and her father was Magnus Doveglass.Then  a Jannet Doveglass got married in Watten to Donald Budge 09/07/1717 i know this is only 2 years apart but you might be able to find something through Magnus

Have you tried using different spellings? It strikes me that Doveglass may be the anglicized spelling of the Gaelic Dubhglas. Just a thought,
