Hi Cally,

Just had a quick look on the IGI and there's a "submitted"  christening for a John Folkard Howard, on 14 Feb 1816, to a John Howard and Hannah Maria at Fakenham, Norfolk.

Are you looking for details, or for other people researching the name?

Those details also appear on Freereg, with the additonal info of the christening taking place at St Peter & St Paul, Fakenham, and father John Howard's occupation as 'merchant'

There are several other entries that could be John Folkard Howard's siblings.
