I don't know about the Hulburts as I only have them in Lyneham in the 18th century.
Be prepared as I am about to throw a large spanner with these baptisms in Compton Bassett which also occur in the IGI...................
13 May 1804 Rebecca Hillier dau of William and Christian 27 May 1804 Rebecca Hillier dau of John and Ann
Only one marriage in Compton Bassett 8 Jul 1826 James Williams, otp, lab and Rebecca Hillier, sp, otp, witnesses George White and ?? Taylor
Marriage at Lyneham 11 Nov 1826 William Ingram, otp and Rebecca Hillier, otp, banns, witnesses John Reeves and James Brother
Fathers' names were not recorded in either marriage record, as was the custom of the time, so it was not possible to identify the correct Rebecca Hillier.
There were these burials in Lyneham 25 Mar 1840 John Ingram, Preston in Lyneham, 79 30 Jun 1845 William Hillier, Fosbury Farm (Tidcombe), 63
