Margaret Stewart of Blacklunans and Drumfork
« on: Thursday 06 November 08 15:46 UTC (UK) »

I am looking for information on the Stewart line of my gggrandmother Margaret Stewart. Her father was Andrew Stewart and she was a co-heiress to the Blacklunan and Drumfork lands which are located near Glenshee. Apparently this branch of Stewarts were part of the Sheirglass Stewarts. Margaret was born in 1792 and died in 1852 at Finegand. She married Peter Shaw of Milton and Westerton of Blacklunans on 10 December 1808 and they had 12 children. I have plenty of info on my Shaw ancesters but nothing on Stewart side.
