Go to reports lists as shown

tick boxes as appropriate

A spreadsheet can be used to make a list, but a spreadsheet can do much more powerful things than that, like arrange in alphabetical or date order, or filter using the contents of just one data cell.  If you want to do a spreadsheet, then you need Microsoft Excel or something similar.  If you want a simple list, then Emjaybee has already told you how  Smiley
