is it searchable by surname Kerry? if so please search for Punnett  Grin - i dont think they will be there though - nice law a-biding family me thinks (maybe)

Thomas Balcomb of Sussex tried at the April session, 1815 for Larceny and found not guilty.

Hi Kerry,

Can you check out the name Toler. My GGGG Grandfather Richard Kemp stole a sheep in 1802 in Kent with a Samuel Toler his brother-in-law. Richard was transported to Tasmania for life for the crime. Just want to see if anymore Tolers got into trouble with the law. Samuel only got six months jail and a fine for this crime.

My GGGG Grandfather also learnt behave himself. He was one of the first people to arrive in the Colony of Van Diemans Land in 1804.
