Would anyone know where I could find any information about Sarah Bangley b. abt 1715 who married John Beale 18 Sep 1733 in Therfield, Hertfordshire, England?

Hi Lucile

All of Hertfordshire's surviving parish records are held at HALS in Hertford.  Unfortunately HALS does not sell its holdings on microfiche only microfilm so consequently very few own them.  Some parishes have been transcribed on to the BVRI however but the majority of records have not. (I have checked and Sarah's baptism is not recorded on the BVRI)  All of Herts  pre-1837 marriages are online though.

If you cannot visit HALS in person you can ask them to look up for you but there is a fee. Alternatively most of Hertfordshire's parish records (including Therfield) have been filmed by the LDS and can be hired and viewed at any of their Family History Centres worldwide.
