Hi everyone.

I'm trying to attempt to get in touch with my great grandma's family. Her name was Mary Ellen Warrener, but I'm told that she was known as Nelly.

I know that there is a Warrener's hairdressers on Holderness Road, but I'm not sure if our Warrener family is related to those Warreners.

My great grandma was born down Gibson Street and lived on York Street. I know that she had at least three sisters and two brothers. Her sisters were Martha, Elizabeth and Edith, and her brothers were William Harrison and Albert Henry.

If anyone could help me, I would be most grateful.

There are 12 Warreners in the Hull phone book.

Williamson in Leith, Vickers in Nottingham.
