Being a Witton Parker I thought i'd give my input on this.

St Paul's has no graveyard.  There is a cemetery at WP but that was only opened in the 1940's.

Places to check for burials of Witton Park residents

St John, Escomb
St Cuthbert, Etherley
St Philip & St James Witton le Wear
Also St Andrew, Auckland

All burial registers for these churches are at County Hall, Durham.

Cheers

Thankyou very much Jay for taking the time to send information.

I'll have a look at these records next time I go to Durham Records.
