Hello,

Is anyone researching the Palmer family, who were yeoman farmers in and around the Christian Malford area during the 17th & 18th centuries.  The owned leasehold lands in the area called Rudgeway, Wastfields, etc. There were a long line of Richard Palmers and I have a series of inventories and wills during that period for various members of the family.  Associated families were SMITH, CARY, RICH, STOCKHAM, SANSOM, ODY, TANNER.
One Richard PALMER (1658 - 1714) married an Israel CARY (1669 - 1732). She was a daughter of William Cary (d. 1670) & Susanna (d. 1686) of Dauntsey, and had siblings Susanna Cary (1663 - 1718), Mary Cary (1667 - 1749) & William Cary (alive in a will of 1732-33) who I have no details of.  Does anyone know what happened to him or indeed have any further info on any of the above names.
