Claypole is in the Loveden deanery and I can't see anything for 1700-1753. Because Claypole is near the Nottinghamshire border it is quite possible the marriage may have taken place outside Lincolnshire.

Hi
Sherrard Worsdall/Worsdale is my 8 x Great Grandfather.
I do not know much about the marriage to Ann. The Worsdall's were for a long time in Bassingham and Carlton Le Morland (in Nottingham now but still part of Lincoln then) as well as latterly in Horncastle.
I am due to go to Lincoln to the Records Centre to find more info on Sherrard if possible, if I find anything I will let you know.
Any chance of letter me know some more detail on the will??
Regards
David

I am a Worsdall and my Father lived in Water Lane Bassingham, his Father was Wallace John Worsdall.
Would be interested in any ancestry already learnt.
