Hello,

My Murphy relatives all hail form the Blessington area and the registration district for them was Naas.

Sometime in the 20th century this changed to Baltinglas and my father and uncles were registered in Baltinglas even though they were born in the same place as their parents who had been registered in Naas.

Does anyone know when the registration district was changed from Naas to Baltinglas and is it still Baltinglas today for people born around Blessington?
