Any one looking for photos of old Brighton might find his site of use
http://www.regencysociety-jamesgray.com/
The albums are indexed to areas & streets but unfortunatley the thumbnails aren't named so it means opening each photo to find out where it is.

Thanks for the link. I've got loads of books on old Brighton but most of these photos are new to me. Hours of browsing ahead, I feel!

What a fantastic collection!  I have ancestors born at Old Steine in 1845, this gives a great insight into what life was like.
