Edwin Carr of Kilkenny

I'm looking for information on my GGGrandfarther Edwin, Edward or Edmond Carr. He was a cabinet maker. He was born in Kilkenny in 1806. In May 1824 aged 18 he was given a 7 years Colonial sentence and sent to N.S.W. on the ship Ann and Amelia. I have lots of information after this but would like to know where exactly and when he was born and the names of his parents. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
