Why do think that someone whose birthyear and birthplace you don't know should be the son of James and Elizabeth? A James Buck and Elizabeth started baptising children in Huntingdon in 1802. The James born c1799 could equally have been theirs!
Nothing that fits on the BVRI.
There's only one Buck burial in Gt Paxton 1702-1837 - Thomas on 3 Jul 1772.
Gt Paxton baptisms are on the IGI but there are no Bucks. Do you know where they went?
There were no Buck marriages in Gt Paxton 1701-54, so presumably his parents were from another parish. Have you checked the 1773 marriage to see if parishes of residence other than Gt Paxton are mentioned?
There's only one James Buck buried in Hunts - at Sawtry on 17 Dec 1777.
