Constance Elizabeth RISING - Winscombe

This lady lived at Bridge house in Winscombe and was  still living there in 1933 according to passenger records - she returned from a trip abroad with her daughter Elsie Mary Elizabeth Rising. Robert Edward Rising, husband of Constance, was killed in 1914.
Does anyone have any knowledge of the family, Bridge House or know what happened to Elsie?

               I have looked on Royal Mail postcode finder and cannot find Bridge House Winscombe listed. This maybe because the property has changed names.
