This is further information  I have obtained on my Walsh/Welsh family which I'm still hunting! Do any of the names
register with anyone, particularly Sarah and the children?

Children of Thomas Walsh/Welsh(b circa 1771 d 1847) and Sarah Taylor (b circa 1781 d 1844)

Mathew Walsh   
Date of baptism:  1801.
R.C. Parish: St. Mary’s.
Parents named as Thomas Walsh and Serah Tayler.
Godparents: Robert Baker and Ally Carpenter.
Priest: Rev. Mr. Regan, one of the curates of St. Mary’s parish

Ann Walsh   
Date of baptism:1803.
R.C. Parish: St. Mary’s.
Parents named as Thomas Walsh and Sarah Taylor.
Godparents: Matt Walsh and Miss(?) Hartnett.         
Priest: Rev. Mr. Hurley.

Thomas Walsh   
Date of baptism:  1810. died 1840's
R.C. Parish: St. Michael’s.
Parents named as Thomas Walsh and Sarah Taylor.
Godparents: John Gibson and Cristina Lane.                     
Priest: Rev. Edward Sheehy

Edward Walsh   
Date of baptism:  1812.
R.C. Parish: St. Michael’s.
Parents named as Thomas Walsh and Sarah Taylor.
Godparents: Robert Shaughnessy and Anne Walsh.
Priest: Rev. Edward Sheehy.

There was also
James b 1808, died 1882  who entered the Christian Brothers and  was Superior in Sexton Street from 1842-1882.

John,  a Jeweller who was married twice. As yet I do not have his 1st wifes name but do know there were five children from this marriage including a son called James who entered the Christian Brothers--known as brother James Baptist.
John  then married Catherine Sheehy( daughter of Michael Sheehy, a shopkeeper) in 1868 at St Michael's church, Limerick and had two more children, Margaret b 1871 and Patrick Joseph (b 1873, d 1919)
